During normal business hours: Dr. Cash or April will try to answer each call but may be helping another client and their pet and not have their hands free. As our client base grows, we hope to add a call center. In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you are sent to voicemail please include your name, phone number, a brief description of case or question and we will try or best to return your call within 30 minutes.

Weekend appointments: Weekend appointments are generally reserved for preventative care and are scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance.
During non business hours and weekends: Dr. Cash will call you back quickly when her personal life allows. She may not be able to return your call until the next business day.
If you have an emergency: If your pet is bleeding uncontrollably, having sudden difficulty breathing, having a prolonged seizure or your pet appears to be in shock, and you cannot wait for a return call then seek the nearest veterinary hospital or veterinary emergency center. If you are an established client please have the emergency vet send a copy of records to us.
